KE Adventures introduces new ‘Natural Wonders of Costa Rica and Panama’

Costa Rica to open a new theme park

A new theme park will open close to Liberia in Costa Rica in 2020. Discovery Costa Rica, part of Discovery Channels, will include rock climbing, hiking, diving and will focus on promoting biodiversity and conservation. The theme park will also feature a huge water park, hotels and a number of different restaurants serving international and local cuisine. www.discovery.com

KLM launches new direct flight to San Jose, Costa Rica

In October 2017, Dutch airline KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will launch a new direct flight from Amsterdam to San Jose, Costa Rica. The flight will operate twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays and will leave Amsterdam at 15.25 arriving in San Jose at 20.00. The return flight will leave San Jose at 22.05 and will arrive in Amsterdam the next day at 15.10. www.klm.com
